Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
  4. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the flour and mix well.
  5. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  6. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  7. Roll the dough out on a floured surface, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  8. Roll up tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
