  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 cups mixed greens

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the beets in aluminum foil and roast for about 45 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
