  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
