- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Coarse salt for sprinkling
