High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

A delicious and protein-packed dish combining honey garlic shrimp with crispy turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the crispy bacon and fresh parsley before serving.
