  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, salt, melted butter, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add yeast mixture and egg to the flour mixture, knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Shape as bunnies and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Mix icing sugar with milk and drizzle over the warm rolls.

Notes

  • These rolls are best served warm.
  • You can add food coloring to the icing for festive decoration.
