Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, celery, red onion, and pickle relish.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni to the mixture and stir until well combined.
