Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A delicious twist on the classic macaroni salad featuring deviled eggs for a creamy flavor.

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Chop hard-boiled eggs and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  4. Add chopped eggs, celery, red onion, and relish to the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Stir in the cooked macaroni and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
