Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, red onion, celery, and sweet pickle relish to the dressing. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the cooked macaroni until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
