  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • provolone cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the roast.
  4. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
