Crispy Gnocchi

A delightful dish featuring crispy gnocchi served with turkey bacon and a flavorful herb sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat.
  3. Add gnocchi and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Add garlic and chopped turkey bacon, sauté for another minute.
  5. Mix in parsley and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
