- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
