  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and spices.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, softened butter, and egg to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter and cinnamon filling.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise again.
