  • 4 rolls
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same pan, lightly sauté the chicken ham for a few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese in a bowl.
  6. Take each roll, cut it open, and fill it with the mixture.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking tray and brush the tops with the egg mixture.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
