  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in the chicken ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the whiskey and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley before serving.
