  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and sauté until warmed.
  3. Add cooked rice to the skillet, along with the chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Push rice to the side and scramble the eggs in the empty space.
  5. Combine everything and stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, omit the turkey bacon and eggs.
  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on what you have.
