- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
