- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, then add water gradually until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and let it rest.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, and green onions until soft.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the vegetables and mix well.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
