  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, then add water gradually until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes and let it rest.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, and green onions until soft.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the vegetables and mix well.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  7. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
  8. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  9. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flour.
