8 ounces fettuccini
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 salmon fillets
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the fettuccini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and flake.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Add fettuccini and flaked salmon to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
