- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups chicken ham, diced
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, combine the chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tater tots, followed by the soup mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be customized with different proteins or vegetables.
- For extra crunch, add crushed cornflakes on top before baking.
