  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 12 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar; stir well.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the Thai basil leaves.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture, cucumber, and carrot on each wrapper.
  6. Roll tightly and seal the edges.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
