- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 12 rice paper wrappers
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
