  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with tater tots and sprinkle cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
