Tasty Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

A delicious and healthy twist on the classic spinach artichoke dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to taste.
