  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
