Taco Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole

A delicious and easy recipe for Taco Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole, made with turkey bacon and packed with flavor.

  • 2 cups hashbrowns
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine hashbrowns, turkey bacon, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, stir and serve warm.

Notes

  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
  • Add jalapeños for extra spice.
