Sweet & Savory Glazed Christmas Ham

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze all over the surface.
  4. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  7. Let the ham rest before slicing and serving.
