  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the pork tenderloin and flatten it.
  3. Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham on the tenderloin.
  4. Sprinkle the spices evenly over the meat.
  5. Roll the tenderloin tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the tenderloin on all sides.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
