Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika, then brown in the skillet.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in rice, then add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer until rice is cooked.
