- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
