  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
