Delicious and easy to make sausage rolls with a twist, featuring turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Place turkey bacon strips on the pastry, then add the beef mixture on top.
  5. Roll the pastry around the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Cut into pieces and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try mixing in some herbs.
  • Can be served with dipping sauce.
