- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together until combined.
