  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fresh salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
