  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
  4. Add spinach and turkey bacon to the skillet, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients.
  6. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the frittata is set in the center.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
