A deliciously spicy pasta dish that combines turkey bacon and bold flavors.

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions; set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet; sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and red pepper flakes; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  6. Combine cooked linguine with sauce and top with crumbled bacon.

  • Adjust spice level by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
