  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in garam masala, cumin, and paprika; cook for another minute.
