Ingredients

  • 300 grams spaghetti
  • 200 grams pumpkin, diced
  • 150 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the diced pumpkin and mushrooms, and cook until tender.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
