- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Italian bread into vertical and horizontal sections, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Gently spread the garlic butter mixture in between the slices.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and between the slices.
