  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups bok choy
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 8 ounces noodles of choice

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Stir in the bok choy and shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
