  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and reduce until thickened.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
