- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 1 cup beef broth

- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and Pepper to taste
