Peppercorn Sauce

A rich and flavorful peppercorn sauce that pairs perfectly with turkey bacon and beef, making it a delicious addition to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the black peppercorns and briefly sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
