  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner with the batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
