One-Pot Teriyaki Noodles

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli and bell pepper, and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add noodles and teriyaki sauce, and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
