One Pot Shawarma Chicken

  • 4 cups chicken, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon shawarma spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken, shawarma spice, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
