ONE POT GNOCCHI CHICKEN POT PIE

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions
