One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

A delicious and easy recipe for creamy garlic pasta featuring turkey bacon, all made in one pot.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the spaghetti, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then add the crispy turkey bacon back into the pot.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Feel free to add additional vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrition.
  • Leftovers can be reheated easily on the stove with a little added cream or broth.
