- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and set aside.
