  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
