  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and sear until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the green onions and cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes

  • This dish is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
