Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls

Deliciously cheesy and savory, these mini grilled cheese rolls combine turkey bacon and chicken ham for the perfect bite-sized snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Layer the bottom half with slices of cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  4. Top with the other half of the rolls.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
  6. Grill the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the grill, cut them into halves or quarters, and serve warm.
